Any time Ive had the error light come on it was a problem on the bus... a short or damaged device ect. Plug into the 6400 and disconnect the it from the bus and see if that helps you

I have some Carrier Temp Systems (Gen 3) when IAQ contact closes the temps do not set back. It does show that it is in the IAQ condition and an alarm is sent, but the occupied setpoints do not...

Ive tried the RPD lite and it works fairly well...
