    I make it to size, but when I add the 3/8" - 1/2" for the seam it ends up smaller (but gets bent out to the size of the collar). Ask all the questions you like :)

    I add about 3/8" -1/2" to the fitting than use a burring roller to bent a lip up then I put the collar inside and hold it in place with tape or spot welds while I bead roll it.

    Marking large radii
