    i bought the new improved model-mt vernon

    i am getting more depressed every response i read.no one seems how to repair or trouble shoot these stoves.how do the dealers get away with this?

    i too purchased a $3,000 mt.vernon this october after installation it would not ignite.the repair person visited 3 times and replaced all the parts quadra fire told him to and it still never...
