Is that a Goodman GMP? If it is the heat exchanger's rings could be popped. Really need to pull the blower and look for the rings and do a heat exchanger inspection.

Your condensat trap needs to be cleaned. Your heat exchanger needs to be inspected. Very important if you are on propane.
