It depends on what DB you are currently using. WC 5.2 does not support MSDE DB's so if you have that you will have to replicate it out to a different type to suit 5.2.

Plug into 1 device only (disconnect it from the network) and see if U get comms.. what s/ware R U Using?? S/T or C/View?? if using S/Tool do a Bus scan....it is only RS485 comms and the CCN...

There is an IE plugin for Chrome that WebCtrl will run with but I have found in WebCtrl 4.1 SP1b that if you use the right click menu from the tree items it doesn't like it. Also ER will run better...

If the red LED on the front is flashing on/off fairly slowly with neither the green or yellow flashing then ram flush the controller as it's done the good old 6400 lockup.

Use a mixed air algo which is the default for outside air dampers, if U want free cooling it takes a bit more of config 2 do that including using a night time free cooling (NTF) algo etc etc....C...
