are you sure the leak is in the coil. i would want the coil isolated and pressure tested

are you sure you dont have a closed loop somewhere and the piping is for the desuperheater

time to replace the tech ,you should have replaced the coil and line set when you replaced the outdoor unit .i am of the opinion that if the tech found the leak he should have repaired it correctly...

could be the defrost board ,

could be a pressure switch opening 3 times causing a lockout condition then when you turn off the power it resets , call for service

im wondering if a canvas connector at the unit would solve the problem. also you should be able to check the static pressure at the infinity control

the no rinse coil cleaner should be fine on the evap coil

l would like to see what the real btu output is on the current system as most 5 tons are way short on airflow.
