I got six estimates and all said the same, will need to either have a long run and have to insulate the pipe since it has to extend beyond the outside deck (about 20') or cut thru joist and concrete....

it is my understanding that both are two stage...
it is my understanding that both are two stage furnace with variable speed motors and that the HP are dual speed.
