Gas usage in therms for the last year total 866. Based on the gas usage for no-heat months, I'd estimate about 20 therms are used for hot water each month. That leaves me 626 therms used on heat...

I must admit, it never dawned on me that this was actually done. At least not to the point of having HVAC contractors actually install a placebo! I learn something every day! :)

I'm hoping Travis from MES has one to my bid. I need one for the wife. :D
