Oil is very safe you can throw a match in the tank and it won't light needs to be itemized. The tank holds 275gal. And yes we got a quack here too
Nope it was a single wall tank only thing keeping it from tipping is the fill pipe. This was not a temp tank and the Best thing is the house inspector didn't say anything about it.

Yeah I was thinking the samething. I was thinking 1st stage heat pump with rad on a outdoor stat that will kick out the heatpump at x•° and turn the hot air on.

It looked like very fine metal shavings. I change the drier and did a pump down test on it and everything looks good. It is a package chiller no major repairs.
I found what my problem is. The oil strainer was plugged up real bad. I cleaned it up and I am getting a good 40psi of oil pressure now.
