    He's probably meaning fluke. Last I checked fluke still didn't have a meter with all the HVAC functions, but I haven't checked for awhile. Very happy with my FP sc56 which they don't make anymore:(

    Severely overcharged units will not properly pump down.

    Low airflow or a restriction will cause low suction.
