In Ebi look at the system configure menu and the controller tab. But, It doesn't matter what type of controller the schedules still have to be in the controller before you can do anything in EBI.
If the schedules are not available they need to be created at the care level. Only once a schedule is in the controller can it be seen and modified on the EBI.
