Ah you're right. Why is the 16 SEER AHRI certification for the 3.5 air handler (AVPTC42D14A) with the 3 ton condenser (ASX160361F), whereas no AHRI certification exists for the 3 ton/3 ton combo? ...

It's ASX160361F for the condenser and AVPTC36C14A for the Air Handler.

I know this combo is not AHRI certified (the correct air handler should've been AVPTC42D14A instead of AVPTC36C14A).
