A helpful bit of info - some supply houses have bleed resistors with double terminals on them, so you can install them on any cap and use the double terminals to install the wiring...and make them...
You should go through Acca manual T. That gives you a breakdown of not only velocity at the registers, but of how and where to place them to avoid dead spots, and to ensure proper churning of the air...

Exactly.
Using EL, and Friction correction is good, but you need to be sure you start from the right place, and that place is whatever the fan can give you AFTER you account for the Filter drop,...
The best way to add age to a capacitor is through over use. So.... A run cap will lose value when the current draw through it is really high. As for Start Caps.... Most after market 'boost' or...

I completely agree - I have left fan motors a little into the SF in extreme situations. Usually the issue is heat internally in the motor, and it shuts down on thermal overload before it actually...
I have never touched an ICE unit - but they seem to be in the same category as an EVAPCO system, where they do custom design for each application. That being the case (along with my usual disdain for...
I will - of course - be looking for work there. It looks like I will end up in Lincoln about April 1.
