What improves efficiency on a newer unit?
Coil failure? Is that common? Guess I was thinking it would last forever, except the wear parts.

I monitor flow and temperature all the time.
Also monitor and control the cycle time keeping it between 15 and 50 minutes.

The 120 deg may be ok. For example, I could just use it in the bsmt zone.
