Hi,
In over 15yrs in this field, this is only the 2nd home I've seen like this: an old 50yr old furnace, 2000sq ft. home, 100,000BTU's, belt drive blower, and every room has 4" ducts going to it... -

Carrier HDX High Effic - Pressure Switch Stuck Open
I installed a high effic Carrier furnace, did all my flue, condensate drain, and re-tubing/configuration for horizontal right.

who says venting is unsafe
when shoving it up a chimney. I think building codes require that if its a new install it must be a sealed/new flue?

Update
This is a second story building w/ thick ass brick walls. Because the client is on a budget, they decided to go w/ about 6 regular ceiling fans (the propellor type). Not the best solution, but easy...

OK, I have this client w/ a commericial building 150 ft x 35 ft x 15 ft ceilings. There is a small window on each end of building, but not enough for any ventilation. It gets quite stuffy in there...
