i would install shut off valve. where does second pipe go.

How techs that remove parts or cut wires and never return to fix or solve the problem.Or sitting on the phone with factory only to go through everything u just and i dont know answer will get back to...

how much outside air are u pulling in and is it mixed.
If amplifier is proven good then i would check discharge air sensor calibration.

i am pretty sure they sell a sealer but u should only use as temp fix only may fix if leak is small enough.

are u sure that the boiler is indeed leaking.

is it the type that goes on the discharge line.

will the unit be run all year.

do u have balance vavles on does unit have a bypass on it

a secondary limit.If primary limit should fail that limit should open.

never heard of a 94% furance.cfm is cfm no matter what the %

try checking the high limit on boiler maybe it is bad causing temp to go above 180 or 200 degrees causing water bang which is when steam hits water.

try checking volts to netural instead of ground. is this a multi volt trans?

does this compressor have a unloader or hot gas bypass?

carrier 90% i think are quite but every heater will make some degree of noise.Unless u go with high velocity unit.

does blower motor make same noise on all speeds . If multi speed motor. maybe low winding is bad or low term is not 120 on board.

mercury stats usually have a 2 to 3 degree differials on them if they want something like - or plus .1 degree go with digtal.

sounds like pilot valve on gas valve is having problems.cracked hx usually burner flame turns yellow or rollout occurs with cracked hx.

does burner flame turn yellow when blower comes on.

does the blower also run or just inducer. & is the inducer control by the board is 120 volts from board at all times without call for heat.The presure switch should be closed when inducer is runinng...

is that tstat that is broken. What kind of control is it.

your company should have one according to their contract

probably would have to cut compressor out& drain oil out & replace with new oil.Pull a good vac& put on suction dryer & liquid line filter too.I personal think u should think about the options.

is this motor new.what votage and is it cap started

try a union or other company,but a year exp is always going to be low paying at first.Hold on its gets better.The more money more problems to deal with.Trust me
