    Ones that failed were same brand, approx. same...

    Ones that failed were same brand, approx. same age. So far only 2 out of 80 or about 2.5% in the last 3 months. They were very dirty though, and had never been tightened.

    Evaporator condensation

    My evaporator is condensing water at the top, but is not running down. It drops down instead of draining to the condensate drain. What might be the problem, because the unit is cooling great.
