Some of the cprs have screens in them that plug also. less spring tension higher suction check out sporlans web site they have service manuals for cprs

sounds like they need water regulating valves check with city codes we can't use city water anymore

i agree double check all your setting there they are off for 134a

if you scratch the lens lime will form on the scratch faster use cleaner to keep it smooth so water runs off instead of hanging up on the build up and blocking them sooner

i would say almost 90% of my service calls have nothing to do with refrigerant charge i don't even take my gauges with me until i need them two rules KISS = keep it simple...

Have your building envelope checked more than likely you have a duct leakage problem,or to much outside air coming in or you just need better air filtration if it is bad have a blower test done along...
