    Bigger size of accumulator means your system...

    Bigger size of accumulator means your system internal volume has increased. So you need to put additional refrigerant to maintain required level of superheat & subcooling.

    In air conditioners, going with lesser superheat may be add some BTU/hr in the system but it may cause problem during low ambient conditions as the liquid refrigerant might enter into the compressor....

    300 micron is recommended for R410A applications. As POE oil is hygroscopic in nature, so it catches moisture very easily. For R22 applications, you can go 400-500 microns

    As per me, it depends on the material you want to braze. If you want to braze two dissimilar metals(e.g. copper to brass etc), then percentage of silver content should be high.
