Bryant furnace secondary hx is plugged. Usually when they become plugged they get hot and deteriorate the gasket behind the cover the start to leak. This one obviously been leaking for some time.

If that is the non contact detector those things are a must have. Never know when a condenser unit is hot. I personally use a Fluke one but imagine its personal preference.
