I had on doing that a while back. It was a faulty limit switch losing 24vlts to condenser fan contactor. I could tech across and it would be fine, then push on my terminals and it would read open....

Went to site this morning, contacted Novar after pulling Novar module. No dc volts from module, status light constant not blinking. Bad Novar module. Quoted out new

All units are running, board status showing signal to Novar board and all. They just can't see the units on there end
