Heat pump confusion
I live in NE Ohio and we had a heat pump installed outside last March. I understand that colder it gets, heat pumps don't work so well. I am now really seeing that.

I find it hard to believe that the techs dont have cell phones.......or a number at the office where they can be reached. Any other business you can reach a tech at work or in the field.

For additional features and the best value for the money for an area like Ohio, I do agree that the Goodman 14 Seer GSH14042-1 would be a good choice.
