It was rebuilt, with eddy current testing, both by York. York gave a 90 day warranty knowing the chiller hardly runs and this satisfied the customer. As you can see its been running for 7 years now...

I believe the 5000 microns comes from the days when York and Carrier used a wet bulb indicator to measure vacuum. If I remember correctly, we tried to achieve a reading of -12F (methyl alcohol)...
