never had an on call job I couldnt talk the...
never had an on call job I couldnt talk the customer out of.....but if I do go, its at my liesure and comfort. Plus I bill my company from the time the pager goes off until I finish dragging my feet....

rip all the old venting attached to the chimney...
rip all the old venting attached to the chimney out and seal the chimney. Properly install venting. If you install 90%er then add a nice 90% water heater to tie into it. Best to stay away from...

find the end of your primary condensate drain...
find the end of your primary condensate drain line and blow it out with high pressure anything. If that doesnt work, cut the 'P' trap out and replace it.
