All Trane boards are considered soft shift....
All Trane boards are considered soft shift. Meaning they bring on the condenser fan to lower the pressure before they shift the valve...Aren't they nice....

It can only be a RPN_ 30JAZ if it's a 2.5 ton 15 seer matched with a RHL-HM3617JA air handler.
That was a Rheem fishing trip in Costa Rica so I hope I can help. -
