Sorry I wrote the wrong static pressure. It was actually .65 and I put the probes between the air filter/blower and in front of the evaporator. The system is a 3 ton Bryant with 1200 cfm blower.

No it is not a heat pump. I measured superheat at the outdoor unit and subcooling at the outdoor unit.
