We had two PEM's go out ( relay blew out a hole in its side) we ordered replacements and installed them with proper address but i guess there is some specific programming just for the PEMs ....does...

update
ok so i found that the defrost clock was bad (not keeping proper time, and could be turned backwards) installed replacement. all heating elements did pull between 1.5 and 2. amps . defrost cycle...
