What about the very special oil separating system of a VRV? Is it not too complex compared to common oil separators? What's the advantage of this system?

I have a site with 6 Master/slaves and 4 compressors failed already, so 8 to go :-(
A colleague of me already has 8 compressors an a site with +/- 30 Master/Slaves.
Any idea what can be the reason?...

I know it's an old thread but we also have serious troubles with hese compressors. Always the VRV one and mostly no oil in the compressor. Installed all around 2006/2007.
Noi initial moisture in it...

Just visited your website with live data with the vertical slink coils: how do you remove the air out of the coil? You each time have an upper part in each turn?
What was the reason you installed it...
