We used to have an answering service years ago. Now we use a Nortel Networks system that does everything by itself.

You need to get an engineer or a good AC company to look at the plans for the trailer, the building materials and the ambient conditions in order to size the unit.

I have been in many "foamed" attics. Nice and cool (80), no fiberglass and no nails. Should be code in hot humid climates.

The materials are only as good as the installers. I think it would have looked even worse if they used sheet metal.

What model is the condenser? Those OEM start kits have short wires that come with them and sometimes you have to switch them out with other ones that are the wrong color. FYI I am in Cape Coral.
