Yep that's an NTI. The primary pump looks to small. That will cause the overheating problems.

Go with the coil chageout and a good Vacuum and drier change. If the oil does concern you they can take out the compressor and dump out the old oil and add new.

I have always used JB except for on Robin-air. JB is my goto pump.

I would have a tech come out and clean the boiler and do a combustion analysis on in. Also hot water baseboard needs to run at higher temps then a standard radiator. A good tech and take care of all...

Yep check the sensor . If the motor is running and not over amping it is the sensor
