Check your T-stat , if thats ok , call EF tech. what ever you do UNPLUG THE UNIT BEFORE TOUCHING IT.

I would try installing a computer exhaust fan (it wont last in grease) or wrapping motors or fryer well in heat shield insulation.

Yes it was a new compressor and yes i drained min. and replaced with POE ,
I WAS TOLD SOON ALL COMPRESSORS FROM COPELAND WILL HAVE POE , could BS not sure

, POE only gas (R407C) , I just retrofitted a Walk in cooler with it , So far so good
