well..... i have used it about 11 times. i have lost 6 compressors out of that 11.

Test the filter drier by measuring the temp on both sides. Should be no more than 4o difference

Im surprised to see so many suggestions for adding a 2nd complete system to solve this problem. Not only will your energy costs go up, but now you have multi systems to maintain, service, etc.

We go by manufactures specs. Always. Even though I don't agree with all of it.
There's NO WAY I will modify a HX. TOO many vultures out there ready to take my stuff.
