If evolution control is used, go under equipment...
If evolution control is used, go under equipment summary, you will see the a/c tonnage. If standard t-stat, you have to use the dip switches.

If it's an evolution a/c, the control recognizes it. If non evolution a/c you have to program in the tonnage.

I went on a no heat call this past wed. It was a williamson tallboy, downflow, oil furnace. I was in the furnace for about a half hour and didn't hear any strange noises. It was time to fire the unit...
