long harvest times could be head pressure control problems,hot gas valve issues,suction line thermistor issues,incoming water temp too low,ect. ect. ect.

when a contractor installs a aaon in comes with a factory start up ,if the units are installed with system manager the hand held access tool will get you right in,if other controls are used...

although i never saw a ghost,i do have a weird story.

if you let the company replace the lwco they would be responsible for the miss diagnosis by you replacing it your self i not too sure they would honor anything
