Should be fairly easy to work with the ducts. The basement units are side by side with ducts in the rafters.

Looks to me like 126k is a lot too. Why not...
Looks to me like 126k is a lot too. Why not zone? Wouldn't it make sense because it would just direct heat/AC as needed instead of having 4 different size units?
