Go back and check the specifications again.There should be a "Rate of Rise" tolerance. Some manufacturers specify to pull a 500 micron or better vacuum with no more than 200 micron rise in an hour....

That Model number is not in the Trane library. Can you take a closer look and verify those letters are correct. Would help if we had the serial number also.
