Gravity, think bout it like this, the stuff that you are killing on the filters with the uv is not the same stuff that gets through the filter and will grow on the coil and the filter isn't pooling...

there are different pleated filters with different ratings. try a lower rating.
if you look close it should say up to 3 months...change any filter monthly and youll save more than you spend. try...

Well said..the control will run the a/c at lower stage and fan speed to remove more humidity but it wont allow the system to cool past 70,, in the summer it is usually difficult to reach...

i would do a carrier infinity hybrid system for the house and a ductless mini for the shop...make sure your installer is good cause you could put in the best most efficient equip and it wont work...

some plumbers are hvac guys and some are just plumbers who do hvac....
