The vents are not connected to anything any longer? if the space it that big with lots of windows and it sounds like an old structure the building probably has enough leakage to copensate for co2....

make up air and exhaust air are in the kitchen, the oven is in the dining area as a show piece. I think it is power vented, i will find out this week. still quoting. oven not installed yet.

The oven is to be a showpiece in the restaurant. It is a clay oven covered in mosaic tiles. it is wood burning so the btu input is not available. I understand that it will be power vented
