    You should see water in the open trap(gray box), if not , prime the trap with water and see if it is draining.

    I agree with trane. Flex duct is not the same cfm as round hard pipe and the pleated filter does restrict airflow even more. You're vs motor doesn't know whether to #@%& or get off the pot.
