You really need to call out a proffesional to correct what ever is wrong with the installation. It would be money well spent and could possibly uncover other installation errors.

Well my suggestion was to the homeowner. Something such as a vibration could be difficult at times.

But to rule out or determine the blower removing it will sure be very defining!

That's an ECM I've seen them cause vibration too. Smart thing would be if inspecting turns up nothing pull the blower assembly and test run it...

I agree with the others. If your not finding something sucked into the blower, I would suspect an out of balance wheel/motor.

Shouldn't be difficult to ascertain that...

Update Close Up...

Gas Supply is entering top of furnace not provided access.

Vent is cut into cabinet, required an offset adapter to rotate inducer.

Some ducting appears uninsulated....
