Actually they had neither reasoning for the pump, the pumps motors are set up as a lead-lag system.
I did talk to my grundfos rep. the magna3 is avail. for 5 grand, DA-UM...
I ran into this last week, the customer is requesting a replacement, after researching the pump I found it was not intended to be sold in the USA.
Aside from the easy to find f--kups, they did do a nice job supporting the unit, think positive even if it hurts.
You should follow up with another core replacement, acid test & meg the compressors, just a sugestion...
