I personally use the newest version of wrightsoft, took a little while to learn the ins and outs but it definitely beats doing heat load calcs by hand! Downside to wrightsoft is the initial purchase...

we had a similar call to this at a paper printing factory, crushed the hell out of the condenser yet it never lost its charge.
This seems to be happening all the time these days, especially with all the newbies getting into the geothermal portion of the HVAC industry.

Ive had great luck with the DeWalt 18v's in which we issue to all our techs. It seems people lose battery's/ tools faster than they break!
