sears - sucked
i worked for sears for a year as a hvacr tech. did everything from frig/freezers to oil furnaces with little support no training and very low inventroy in van. wasnt a good place for me to start

use a bucket
i have a bucket with a bucket buddy tool pouch and a padded seat from the sporting good store made for ice fishing. works great to carry tools and is a great seat / step stool
