it is what it is alot of guys i went to tradeschool with got jobs for 14 to 16 an hour but this is what i could find in my area and its a good small local company so im just gonna suck it up for now.

that may work ....if you can afford to see if you can do a ride along for a week or 2 and just bust your balls show up to the shop early...sweep up do odd jobs...and try n help out as much as you can...
