Actually the Vents are NOT returns are they are interior walls.

The vents with the cold are the vents that are located about 12" off the Floor. Ceiling Vents do not seem to be dropping air.

All Flex duct not sure of the Insulation Value but they are extremely thick. No gaps or disconnects. No outside air duct that I know of. All Vented soffits.
