1. If you put the chw vlv in automatic... will the cooling coil temp stay at a reasonable temp like 50-55?

The fact he has the chw valve overriden isn't an issue, but when the air changes temperature from after the heating coil through the fan and drops 8 or 9 degrees kinda is.

I think Froz'nin is on the right track... but I see a TON of issues.
1. Looking at your graphics tells me that your HW valve is leaking by or your valve is not truly at 0% like it is being...
