That would be my choice
It appears that the guy a Fieldpiece from support has come through for me.
I was expecting to hear from them but they sent something, just not here yet :yes:
I was hoping a rep from fieldpiece would respond. I would like to buy new buttons.
I was told no from support.
That is very true. I did an autopsy on mine and found that the membrane ring had broken so the button has nothing to return it to it's correct position. The material is very thin between the button...
I really like these pipe clamps BUT the membrane power buttons do fail. repeated use I guess.
I just need new buttons. Once the membrane fails, the buttons stick and that's all folks.
Talked to a...
I'm surprised that the gas valves opened under that much pressure. Furthermore I don't know how they closed afterward. Must have been some excellent valves.
I'm glad I started this thread now.
The Cooper Atkins inserts and removes with little effort. Sensor is very fast and stable
What was the firmware update supposed to correct or update?
Maybe I'm late for the bus but Cooper Atkins has a temperature probe made just for the PT ports . Part number 1052. 1/16 diameter which is perfect. The 1/8" diameter probes are a tight fit and that...
Mine updated correctly but it still notified me that an update was needed. I think that is gone now.
Thanks, It appears that they do connect better now. Almost "Hossed" one of the temperature probes by updating again. It all worked out.
Updated mine and it still shows an update needed.
Snake oil or smoke and mirrors, which is it.
Have any of you had problems like this?
Short answer....No. Sounds like you may need a battery or the thing is fried.
Never had a problem with my fieldpiece manifolds when others do. Then again I don't toss them in the back of the van from 10 foot away either.
I'll be waiting on that one. Too rich for my blood.
Who has them and for how much.
Both need professional service.
There are lots of online resources for finding a qualified and trusted contractor online.
the dtek select has found leaks blu would not. my experience. "your results may vary" kind of thing. H10 Pro is good also and most swear by them.
Aluminum Oxide?
Every joint counts as one system coil they cut out. :gah: Thats a shitty way to keep count though.
Don't look like it did
Actually did have a coil and I guess someone had already peeled the "sweater" off of it before I got there.
Most likely the worst blower wheel blockage I've seen. Lo808666808667oked like new once I got it clean
Just read through this thread.
IMHO
We are all too quick to jump at a new tool and gadget ( me included )
Some of it sounds "neat" some not so good.
I have not checked into what the cost of this...

There is an accessory for that
I will connect with the wireless scale.
They must not be in stock anywhere yet and some are not advertising the old one now.
Real? Not yet available? Discontinues already?
One site listed them as discontinued.
TrueTech is not listing any Fieldpiece manifolds.
:limb:
Better battery technology?
Punch a dimple in the end of the bolt or just brad the end.
Hot gas bypass the wrong way?
Meant for large areas as you said and is not meant for multiple rooms. New duct work needed if it is large enough for both areas. You may need a separate unit for the other room unless it was...
Looks Perverted!!
Green = Mint flavor
Pink = Berry flavor
I hope you take this in the spirit in which I am presenting this.
The "cones" are Refrigeration Flare Nuts. They are definitely different from the plumbing type of flare nut at the hardware stores...

I think someone posted a picture a while back where they modified one of those by removing the end to do flags.
Maybe this one
It need a bigger access door anyway if it is to stay there. It should be explained to the owner that way and then whip out the sawzall.
I was surprised but not startled. I knew something was in it. Amazed by it more than anything.
Went to a no cool call today just like everyone else in this business today. Condensate pump not working. Float switch stuck down. Has the system shut off just like it should when full. Took it...
We have a winner!!!!
Don't know which one you were using but I used a Select for over 10 years and never missed one. I took care of it and just now replaced it with the new version. I also have a H10-PM that I got about...
The new H10 or the Inficon Detek Select. Both are excellent and reliable. Don't go to work without one. I would skip the fieldpiece, seen one in action, lots of false indications without finding the...
I would bet there could have been a way to go though one of the RTU curbs without screwing up.
I just wish they would make some that would last!!
The head seems high and you may have gas and not liquid to the orifices. Pressure or temp drop across liquid line drier? Super Heat? Sub Cool?
Quote a relocation!
It's a trap to keep it safe!
