What does everyone prefer? I have some pretty nasty coils @ work and dont want to waste time with poor quality stuff.

when did you look at the coil to check it for...
when did you look at the coil to check it for ice? The reason I ask is that it can take several hours to start icing up.
I assume theres no hot water coil in the air handler correct?

leak detectors, are they reliable?
I was wondering if detectors are a part of everyones tool bag, or if they are a waste of money. I inherited a CPS LS780B at work and was wondering if I can trust it as quickcheck on a running system?

poor air flow in one register
I work at an apt community and one of the registers has almost no air flow. Does any one have any tips on how to find the restriction without tearing apart the whole ceiling? Its an all flex system...
