According to the Johnstone catalog you are attempting to match a 3.5 ton CU with a 4/5 ton AHU. If you match your units it will probably work fine.I am not a big fan of oversizing the AHU.

I do like a matched system but in this case I will probably go back with a 2 ton Trane AHU as that is the airflow the homeowner is accustomed to getting. I will call Trane and get the correct piston...
