isnt super heat measured at the coil when there is a txv and sub cooling measured at the condensing unit when there is another type of metering device such as cap tubes?

i have a carrier 3 ton air handler in my attic and cant figure out how to clean the coil. there is no access what so ever. the coil is actually in the air handler. i think its a 3 year old system.

whats the differance in these two? i know they are run load amps and load run amps but there is a big differance in the numbers. my understanding is that rla is the amps being drawn while running but...

yep. it is a 410a system and the pressures were 160/320. the condenser fan motor was running when i showed up and the cap was good. the only thing i found was the dirty filter.
